The terms.

Welcome to the GIRLBOSS Seminar. These terms are a real agreement between you and us, so please read them — we've kept the legalese to a minimum.

1. What you're buying

The GIRLBOSS Seminar is a digital video seminar. A one-time payment unlocks streaming access to the full episode library for your personal use, for as long as the service operates. It is a personal license, not a transfer of ownership of any content.

2. Your account

Access is tied to the email address you paid with. We log you in via a magic link sent to that email — there is no password. Keep your inbox secure and don't share your login links or your access with others. One purchase = one person.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — no subscriptions, no recurring charges. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. What you can't do

  • Download, record, screen-capture or redistribute the videos.
  • Share, resell or lend your access to anyone else.
  • Use the content commercially or claim it as your own.
  • Attempt to bypass payment or access controls.

We may suspend access (without refund) for accounts that break these rules in a serious way.

5. Not professional advice

The seminar covers confidence, mindset and mental wellbeing, and it is shared as personal experience and education — it is not medical, psychological or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for therapy or treatment. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local support line.

6. Intellectual property

All content — videos, branding, copy, design — belongs to the GIRLBOSS Seminar and its creators. All rights reserved.

7. Availability & changes

We work hard to keep the service online, but we can't promise zero downtime. We may add, update or improve content over time. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we'll give reasonable notice.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for access. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, the new version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
